Shropshire Home

Three storey extension

Processes undertaken. Pointing, Roofing, Masonry Buildings, Limework

The three storey extension, linking the existing house to the barn, is finished in a lime-rich roughcast. The bay construction along with the mix of sash and casement window styles are key features of the architect, Robin Salmon's, design.  The use of contrasting wall finishing materials such as tile-hanging and roughcast adds further interest. The gap between the single storey barn and the existing house has been filled by the three storey extension.
